BCP Statement

Sauder Global' ("SGI") Business Continuity Planning Program is an ongoing enterprise-wide initiative that encompasses a range of activities to ensure the continuity of business operations. These activities include implementing preventive measures, managing risks, developing recovery plans for all business units and systems, conducting plan testing, providing BCP training to senior management, business unit planners, and employees, and promoting safety awareness and event management.

The SGI Business Continuity Planning Program encompasses scenario-based plans that address various types of events, including but not limited to natural risks, technology risks, and human risks. This comprehensive approach enables SGI to effectively manage business interruptions of different scales and impacts by leveraging geographically dispersed staff, alternative processing locations, and redundant infrastructure. Regular and rigorous testing is conducted to validate the effectiveness of our BCP arrangements.
