Exhibit financial structures that allow for reasonable margin of error
Present investment theses verifiable through thorough due diligence
Have identifiable acquirers even in less favorable operating environments
Be headquartered in North America, with potential international operations

Investment Size:

Ranging from $10 million to $125 million
Significantly larger amounts possible through co-investments and limited partners

Deal Types:

Management buyouts
Growth initiatives
Recapitalizations (including dividend recaps)
Balance sheet refinancing
Ownership transitions and generational transfers
Buy-and-build strategies
Acquisitions or industry consolidations

Company Size:

Enterprise value ranging from $10 million to $500 million

Structure:
